I can't find a value in your software, what can I do?

Personal Trader doesn't and cannot contain all the values on all markets. If the value you're looking for is missing, you have 2 possibilities:

  • you can add it yourself to the database.
  • you can send us mail and we'll update the database for you.


Do you plan an iPhone version of Personal Trader?

Yes, we do and it will be based on Personal Trader 3.5
Actually, we're already working on it, and it should be available soon after the release of the iPhone SDK by Apple, in march.

Do you have any plans to include Asian markets in Personal Trader, such as Hong Kong, China, India or Singapore?

Yes, we do.
We're planning a major update of Personal Trader in march, with full support of asian markets. We can find more informations on Personal Trader 3.5 on this page.


I want to buy your software but I don't have a Paypal account?

You don't need to have a Paypal account to buy our software; you can use of your credit card. Paypal accepts payment with Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.


I want to buy your software but I don't want to use Paypal?

No, we use only Paypal as a payment solution.
Paypal is safe, easy and and secure. If you pay by credit card, we will never have credit card numbers.
